Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Trick Consulting LLC, doing business as AutoAppoint ("AutoAppoint", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, fill out one of our forms (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), book a call with us, talk to a demo voice agent on our website, or communicate with us by phone, text message or email.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your answers to questions on our forms (for example, whether you are currently hiring for a receptionist role).
  • Booking information: the date and time you choose for a call and any notes you add when booking.
  • Communication records: messages you send us, and records of calls and text messages between you and AutoAppoint. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and to build your demo agent. We tell you when a call is recorded where the law requires it.
  • Business information for your demo: publicly available details about your business (such as your website, hours and services) that we use to build a demo voice agent for you.
  • Advertising data: when you interact with our ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may share limited information with us, such as which ad or form you responded to.
  • Demo calls on our website: before a demo call starts in your browser, we ask for your first name, phone number and email address, and we save them in your browser so you do not have to enter them again. The call uses your microphone, with your browser's permission, while you are on the call. These calls may be recorded and transcribed like our other calls.
  • Website usage data: the pages you visit, how far you scroll, the buttons you click, the videos you play, the questions you open, whether a demo call connected and how long it lasted, and whether you booked a call, along with the page or ad that brought you here, your device and browser type, and your IP address. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to DataFast, our analytics provider.

2. How we use your information

  • To contact you about the demo or information you requested.
  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls.
  • To build and present a free demo voice agent for your business.
  • To run the demo calls you start on our website.
  • To understand how people use our website and improve it.
  • To send you follow-up information about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including sending conversion events to Meta.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Calls and text messages

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from AutoAppoint at the phone number you provided, including calls and messages made with automated technology or AI voice agents, about your demo and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

By starting a demo call on our website, you agree that AutoAppoint may contact you about that demo by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling you by telling us on a call or emailing us at the address below.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work, including:

  • Our CRM, scheduling and messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector).
  • Voice AI and telephony providers used to place calls and build demo agents.
  • Retell AI, which runs the demo calls on our website and receives the first name, phone number and email address you enter for the call.
  • DataFast, for website analytics.
  • Wistia, which hosts the videos on our website.
  • Vercel, which hosts our website and helps protect it from automated traffic.
  • Email, video conferencing and cloud storage providers.
  • Meta, for ad delivery and measurement, including through the Meta Pixel on our website.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

5. Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage. DataFast uses them to recognize returning visitors and measure visits. The Meta Pixel uses them to measure our ads and show them to relevant people, and it tells Meta when you take actions such as playing a video, talking to a demo agent or booking a call. We also keep your light or dark theme choice in your browser.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide what you asked for and to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link.
  • Block or delete cookies, and clear the demo call details saved in your browser, in your browser settings.
  • Manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

To make a request, email us at the address below.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
